Requirements for acceptance

The company’s business and job type fall under an approved technical intern training category

Experienced employees are assigned as skills instructor and life instructor

No past misconduct related to technical intern training
- 04
No employment of foreign nationals staying illegally
- 05
The three statutory employment ledgers are in order

Enrolled in labor insurance and social insurance

Supervision and management
Supervision — the cooperative oversees the company
During Technical Intern Training (i), the supervising organization makes guidance visits at least once a month and conducts regular audits at least once every three months.
Management — the company and sending organization manage trainees
The implementing organization appoints a training manager, a skills instructor and a life instructor to look after trainees both at work and in daily life.
